During the Serious Play Conference Europe, photographs, video recordings and audio recordings will be created by Mind Games GmbH and commissioned media partners.
The recordings serve the purposes of event documentation, public relations, reporting, marketing and promotion of the conference and future editions of the event. The material may be used and published worldwide and without time limitation, including:
• Conference websites and associated websites
• Social media channels
• Newsletters
• Press releases and media reports
• Promotional videos and event recaps
• Presentations and marketing materials
• Printed publications and brochures
By attending the Serious Play Conference Europe, participants acknowledge that photographs, video recordings and audio recordings may be made in which they may appear as part of the audience, participants, speakers, exhibitors or the general event atmosphere.
The legal basis for processing such recordings is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest) and, where applicable, §§ 22 and 23 KunstUrhG. The legitimate interest of the organizer is the documentation, promotion and public communication of the event.
Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs, video recordings or audio recordings must inform the registration desk or a member of the event team upon arrival. Mind Games GmbH will take reasonable and appropriate measures to identify such participants and exclude them from future recordings wherever practicable.
For individual interviews, testimonials, portrait photography or recordings where a participant is the primary subject, separate consent may be requested.
