A dedicated exhibition area at the conference provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your serious game. We offer 10 exclusive arcade cabinets and 20 board game exhibitor slots. Games will be chosen by an external jury of experts and acceptance will be notified no later than April 10.

Arcade Cabinet
A branded, retro-style arcade cabinet dedicated exclusively to your project.
Cost: 1,000 €
Time: Full conference (2 days)
Includes: 2 regular conference tickets
Shared Cabinet
Be part of a curated rotation and share both the cost and exhibition time with other developers. Participating projects will be featured on a combined cabinet design. A jury will curate and group cabinets according to thematic areas.
Cost: 350 €
Time: Rotate slots during the 2 days
Includes: 1 regular conference ticket
Board Game Exhibitor
Participate in the scheduled board game play area with attendees.
Cost: 200 €
Time: 1.5 hours per day (2 days)
Includes: 1 regular conference ticket
Conference Booth
Position and showcase your organization with a 3m x 3m booth space.
Cost: 1,200 €
Time: Full conference (2 days)
Includes: 2 regular conference tickets, 1 table and 2 chairs.
Optional: Additional 3m x 3m tent space for €250.
