Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in joining the volunteer team for the Serious Play Conference 2026 at Meinz, Germany. Kulturzentrum Mainz! This event is only possible thanks to the dedication and enthusiasm of individuals like you who are committed to strengthening the serious games community.

As a token of our appreciation, volunteers will receive lunch and will have the opportunity to attend select talks and enjoy the arcade during part of their shift. If we have enough volunteers, we hope to arrange half-day schedules so everyone can both contribute and experience the conference. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover accommodation or travel expenses this year, all travel costs will need to be covered by participants themselves.
